Ever wonder why your amazing goals just aren't pushing through to your schedule? Even though we are three months into the new year, let’s be honest, some of us are still working on getting our lives together! This spring, do a healthy clean out of everything that is no longer needed in your life. As odd as it seems, sometimes we still continue to do the same things just because we are used to doing it! When was the last time you took a good hard look at your schedule? Dust off that planner and give it a good glance over and see what is no longer necessary. For example, since my son was born, I have been able to do work in between his naps… now things are a bit different with him getting older and needing more attention. I work at night or early in the morning with writing and do social media engagement in between his naps during the day so I can focus on playing with him while he is awake. The benefit in this is an optimized scheduled streamlined with completing your daily tasks- aka not wasting time on things that don't matter anymore! We have the opportunity of making this year a great one, don’t fall behind in the same ol’ routine! Let me know one thing you'll be "spring cleaning" out of your schedule this year below.
